1 For security considerations, you are strongly advised to move this folder out of the Document Root.
2 Make this folder writable
3 Make sure that the following subfolders are available and writable:
  configs/
  caches/
  caches/xoops_cache/
  caches/smarty_cache/
  caches/smarty_compile/
